		<description>I was thinking the exact same thing.  You are right.  It&#039;s only words, but three speeches in three weeks does signify a shift in thinking.  Moreover, these are words we can now use to push the administration.  Plus, Obama&#039;s Cairo speech didn&#039;t talk at all about what the US would do to support democracy.  Clinton&#039;s speech presented a plan.</description>
